Town of Milo Public Hearing will be held at 5:30 on Tuesday, January 7, 2014
Discussion re: Tax Assessment Issues and Complaints
The Milo Board of Selectmen have set a public hearing to discuss the various issues and complaints regarding the manner in which tax assessment is being conducted in the Town of Milo. There have been references to many complaints about mistakes that were made, and that may not have been corrected. If you have such a situation, the Milo Select Board, in its capacity as the Board of Assessment, would like to hear from you. This is not an opportunity for general complaints about the taxes being too high, only for questions of assessment errors that you believe have occurred, and whether or not they have been corrected. Your circumstances are of interest to, and concern by, the Milo Select Board/Board of Assessment.
The trail from The General Store and More to the 110 Connector is in great shape. 110 Connector from the Junction to KI is FANTASTIC.
Met Roberto with the pipe drag and boy does that man put in some serious hours on the trail.
The club is very lucky to have such dedicated volunteers.
Thank you and all who donate their time.
