Town of Brownville Tax Club Enrollment

Attention Taxpayers

Tax Club enrollment deadline is 4/18/2014 !

1st Payment will be due 4/25/2014.

Brownville Taxpayers who wish to enroll in the 2014 Property Tax Club must sign up by April 18, 2014. Enrollment forms are available at the Town Office. Only taxpayers with no outstanding prior year property tax balances are eligible to enroll in the Club.

In order to be considered for this monthly installment payment program, the Town Office must receive the completed enrollment form no later than 4:00PM on Wednesday, April 18, 2014. For more information please contact the Brownville Town Office at 965-2561 or alicia@brownville.org.

The cost for this will be only $15.00. We will do as many as we can but it is limited. Please spay/neuter your pet and help put an end to homeless animals !

If you have a female cat that needs to be spayed there are spots available in early February thru PETS. Call Mary Shapleigh as soon as possible 207.564.8092 to reserve a place for your pet. The cost is between $25.00 and $30.00 !!!

Bangor Savings Bank Foundation has started its annual grant making initiative, Community Matters More.Through this charitable program, the bank offers all Maine residents the opportunity to weigh in on how best to allocate $100,000 it has pledged to 68 non-profit organizations.  The voting period takes place during the month of February, with winners announced in April.  The Milo Library will be a write in on the ballot.  You can either come into the library and cast your vote or vote online at www.bangor.com/cmm.  We at the library would appreciate your vote.  Thank you in advance.
