DOVER-FOXCROFT - Ryan A. Mayo, 20, died unexpectedly May 1, 2011, at his residence. He was born Nov. 15, 1990, in Dover-Foxcroft, son of Kevin and Cheryl (Cook) Mayo. A graduate of Foxcroft Academy, he enjoyed playing football for the Foxcroft Ponies. Ryan loved driving fast and tearing up the road on his four-wheeler. He also enjoyed working with everyone at JSI, Milo. He was so proud of his daughter; his smiles could tell it all. Ryan touched so many lives and could bring a smile to anyone he came in contact with. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Keagan Jean Tremblay-Mayo; his parents, Kevin and Cheryl Mayo; his sister, Megan Mayo; his brother, Steven Mayo; and his girlfriend, Ashley Tremblay, whom he loved unconditionally, all of Dover-Foxcroft. He also leaves his paternal grandparents, Walter and Andrea Mayo of Bowerbank; his maternal grandparents, Clarence and Gloria Cook of Dover-Foxcroft; his uncle, Troy Cook and wife, Shawna Stevens, of Dover-Foxcroft; his uncle, Butch Mayo and wife, Donna, of Guilford; his aunt, Roberta Nelson and husband, Wes, of Old Town; and cousins, Kiya, Gaven, Alli Cook of Dover-Foxcroft, Tyler Baker and Garrett Mayo, both of Guilford, and Eryn and Paul Nelson, both of Old Town. He will be missed by two of his closest friends, Cody Kupreance and family of Dover-Foxcroft, and John James and family of Charleston. Friends are invited to call 5-8 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where a memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7, with the Rev. Michele St. Cyr officiating.
