Evelyn L. Perkins

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL - Evelyn L. Perkins, 77, wife of Wallace H. Perkins, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, at Port St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, Fla. A native of Milo, she was born Dec. 10, 1925, the daughter of Floyd and Katherine (Boynton) Perkins. Evelyn was educated in Milo schools and graduated from Milo High School. She moved to Port St. Lucie in 1977 from Cape Elizabeth, and resided there since. Prior to retirement, she was an office manager for an auto dealership. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Parkway Congregation in Port St. Lucie. Survivors include her husband, Wallace; a son, David E. Perkins and his wife, Patti of Piedmont, S.C.; a daughter, Barbara (Perkins) Bull and her husband, Rob of Port St. Lucie; two brothers, Lawrence Perkins and wife, Dolores of West Upton, Mass., and Howard Perkins and wife, Nancy of Milo; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Port St. Lucie, Fla. Frank Carreno will officiate.
