Four men indicted in Piscataquis County

DOVER-FOXCROFT - Four men were indicted on various charges Friday in Piscataquis County Superior Court.

Reuben A. Bragg, 47, of Milo was indicted on two counts of unlawful sexual contact.

Bragg is alleged to have had sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl and a 7-year-old girl in February 2000 at a camp in Lake View Plantation. Piscataquis County District Attorney R. Christopher Almy said Friday the evidence in the case includes a videotaped confession from Bragg.

Michael Loren Foster, 27, of Sangerville was indicted on one count each of burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Foster allegedly broke the door down at a female friend's house in February. At the time, the woman had a protective order against him.

Carl F. Hartley, 38, of Sangerville was indicted on an assault that took place in February.

Almy said Hartley is a repeat domestic violence batterer and has several prior convictions. Hartley also was indicted for violation of condition of release.

Andrew Jay Robinson, 40, of Milo was indicted on aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in 2005 in Milo. He allegedly sold OxyContin to an undercover agent.
