As some of the attendees may be allergic to one or more particular ingredients in your dish, each contestant must send in a recipe with the entry form. The recipe will be kept confidential and only viewed by the “Wicked Good Cooking Contest” Committee members. Labels will be made by a committee member for your table including only the ingredients, but not the amounts or preparation techniques.

All soup/chowder/chili, baked goods and breads must be prepared from scratch.

A minimum of 30 servings per dish is required to participate.

Hot foods will need to be a serving temperature by 4:45 p.m. on October 28, 2006.

All contestants are required to bring their own cooking source and cooking utensils. Outlets will be provided for each soup/chili/chowder contestant if needed.

Cups, napkins and utensils for serving will be provided by the PRYMCA.

Contestants will be given 6 oz. cups to serve the ticket holders/voters. Ticket holders/voters will use a ballot to judge and select their choices.

Contestants are encouraged to decorate their area in a theme conducive to their entry, the PRYMCA staff will vote on the best decorated table and the winner will receive a free one year membership to the Y. Registration deadline is October 15, 2006.

Complete the entry form to register your recipe and send the completed form to the PRYMCA or email to sjcrockett@verizon.net.
