Construction for the self service, automatic, car wash was officially started on Monday July 30, 2012. The car wash will be soft-touch with foam brushes that cover your entire car for a quality wash using the latest technology. The car wash will partner with the current CITGO gas station to offer affordable discounts. Three levels of wash will be offered as part of the new service. A vacuum island will be an added feature along with free air. Tradewinds currently has three car washes in Bangor, Brewer and Blue Hill. Our customers requested an automatic car wash be added because they knew of our facilities in other markets. The planned completion for the project will be mid-October with a grand opening in early November.Tradewinds prides itself on adding services to its communities to keep customers local and help all businesses.
