Three Rivers Kiwanis Secret Santa

November 06, 2010 - TRC - By TRNews

Shacory and Destiny Sibert came by to make a donation to Santa and get an early start on their Christmas wish list.
The Three Rivers Kiwanis of Milo-Brownville kicked off their Secret Santa project with Trick or Treat for Secret Santa at the Milo Farmers Union on Friday, October 29th. Santa arrived in town to get the Kiwanis off to a great start in raising money to purchase Christmas gifts for needy children.

Community members stopped by to make donations, adults and children alike.

Families in the SAD 41 school district can pick up and drop off applications for Secret Santa at the Milo, Brownville, and Lagrange schools and town offices.

Applications will be taken between November 8th and December 1st. If you would like to make a donation to the Secret Santa project, adopt a child, or have any questions, you can contact Bonnie Hurley at 943-5645.

Donations can also be made at the Milo Town office, Maine Savings Federal Credit Union or Camden National Bank.

Santa was seen leaving town to return to the North Pole to begin filling the wishes of children who depend on Santa and the generous donations of the community to brighten their Christmas morning.
