Piscataquis Santa and the elves can use your help

Santa’s Elves have 167 wishes left to fill before Christmas and needs your help !

The Piscataquis Santa Project which is regional partnership to meet the Christmas wishes of needy children in the greater Piscataquis area. The project has received over 650 requests this year. With your help we can, together, meet the children's needs.

The Toys for Tots and Piscataquis Santa Boxes are still available for giving at Family Dollar in Milo and Dover-Foxcroft, Maine Savings in Milo, Camden National Bank in Dover-Foxcroft and Milo, Elaine’s in Milo, Hobnobber’s in Milo, Dave’s World in Dover-Foxcroft, Penquis in Dover-Foxcroft, Rumbling Falls in Dover-Foxcroft, WDME 103.1 in Dover-Foxcroft, Bangor Savings Bank in Dover-Foxcroft, Webber Ace Hardware in Dover-Foxcroft, Piscataquis Regional YMCA in Dover-Foxcroft, Shaw’s Supermarket in Dover-Foxcroft, and Lovell’s Guilford Hardware in Guilford.

The Dover-Foxcroft and Three Rivers Kiwanis are working hard to sort and prepare the gifts in their areas. Each of these Kiwanis Clubs is serving around 200 children’s wishes.

The Family Worship Center in Dover-Foxcroft under guidance of Pastor Jim Colley filled needs of over 50 area children.

The Guilford Key Club hosted a breakfast to raise funds to shop for children of the SAD #4 and they were able to fill over 10 children’s wishes.

Local Granges, businesses and their employees, schools and their staff, organizations and individuals have been working to fill children’s wishes. With the added support of the Marine’s Toys For Tots program in the area, we have been able to meet many of the needs. The volunteers of the area Kiwanis Clubs, Key Clubs, Builders’ Clubs, Granges, employees from local businesses and organizations, churches and the general public have made this effort work for the betterment of our region. Volunteering hundreds of hours in all areas of this project to make it the success that it is becoming.
