Milo: Senior Exercise Program

Senior Exercise Program with instructor Cindy Herbest
Milo Recreation Department Senior Exercise Program is held with instructor Cindy Herbest on Monday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Pleasant Park Community room. Thanks to Cindy for donating her time the classes are FREE on Mondays. There are still openings for anyone interested.

Cindy is offering a second class on Wednesdays starting on November 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.. These 7 weekly sessions on Wednesdays
are offered for a small fee of $10.00.
