Congressman Jared Golden will spend Saturday, May 25th, visiting Milo and talking with constituents as he tours several venues in the area to begin the Memorial Day weekend. The day begins with coffee and doughnuts at the American Legion Hall, 18 West Main Street in Milo from 9:30 to 10:30. This event is open to the public, and the Congressman will be meeting and greeting veterans and other residents of the area to begin his visit.
During the day the Congressman will tour several local businesses and sites of economic development where he will talk with local officials and representatives of the businesses to learn more about these areas of growth and potential for further development.
The Congressman will wind up his day with a visit to Bissell Brothers Three Rivers at 157 Elm Street, Milo, at approximately 3 pm. This event is also open to the public, and the Congressman looks forward to talking with constituents at Bissell Brothers before departing the area. Local residents are encouraged to come out and meet with the Congressman and his staff at the Legion in the morning and/or at Bissell Brothers Three Rivers in the afternoon.
