Bangor City Hall, 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, on Wednesday, December 11th, 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Millinocket Town Office, 197 Penobscot Ave., Millinocket, on Friday, December 13th, 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Hour Exchange Encouraging New Members for the Holidays

Jack Does That, an Hour Exchange located in Central  Maine, has a number of orientations and events scheduled in late November and early December. According to Patrick Myers, the Coordinator of the Hour Exchange, the goal is to introduce as many new members as possible to the benefits of the Hour Exchange before the holidays. “The Hour Exchange can be a great resource for folks during the holidays, whether they are looking for gifts or just need some help with day-to-day activities.”

Bangor Hydro and Maine Public Service celebrate gift to the Maine Winter Sports Center and the first use of the new company name – Emera Maine.

Presque Isle, ME--Bangor Hydro and Maine Public Service Company announced today a major sponsorship with the Maine Winter Sports Center and its Healthy Hometowns program. During a news conference at the Nordic Heritage Center in Presque Isle, Bangor Hydro and Maine Public Service President Gerry Chasse announced a donation of $250,000 to the program.
