"What a factored adjustment means is that every property in the Town of Milo will have its Assessed Value reduced by the same percentage. In doing this, the Property Tax mil rate will be increased proportionately in order to raise the same amount of property taxes as the previous year after adjusting for the 2015 budget approved at the Annual Town Meeting on March 9th at 7:00 PM. The temperature is dropping and tonight the wind chill is expected to bring the temperatures down to -30.
Please check your neighbors who may need some extra looking after.
If you know someone who might need assistance, don't hesitate to call us via the Sheriff's Office at 564-3304.
The Town Hall will be open for those who need to warm up.

2. 1991 Stainless steel with calcium tank hopper sander. Fair-Good condition. Valued $3,000 - 4,000 on high side.

Those weather folks are calling for snow to begin late this afternoon and carry into tomorrow sometime.
Although they are only predicting 3 to 6 inches, please drive carefully and be prepared for any unforeseen conditions.
