of the Three Rivers Kiwanis Foundation and building on July 30 at 10:30 a.m..

Route 11 Project Update

The RT 11 shim course paving has begun just past the railroad tracks in Milo (past the Business Park) headed toward Brownville.
They expect to take two days to finish the shim course before starting on the 3/4 inch surface course.
Delays are taking from a couple moments to as much as ten minutes, depending upon the time of day and traffic volume levels.
Please have patience and be courteous and careful drivers and pedestrians.

     The Pike Industry Paving Plant in Dover-Foxcroft had to be shut down for repairs, delaying the paving by several days.
     The pdf linked with this article/notice information matches our current reality. It could change again at any time.
     Thank you for your patience and for keeping up with Milo's roadwork situation .

MDOT Rt 11 Project - Main Street Bridge in Milo to the 2nd Railroad Crossing in Brownville:

      Paving for the section from the 2nd railroad crossing in Brownville to the railroad tracks on the Brownville side of the Business Park, is being marked out this week. The shimming and then paving of that long section is supposed to start on July 14th.

Good afternoon, Milo.
I'm being advised that there may be more severe thunderstorms this afternoon into the evening.
There may be strong winds and heavy downpours.
If you see lines down please don't approach them or drive over them.
If roads have large puddles, please don't just barrel through them.
I'll keep you posted on any other information I receive.

Recreation Department Little League Baseball

Coach Pitch Little League Baseball (Co-Ed Ages 7-10):
First meeting will be Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 5:00 PM at Harris Field in Milo.
This program will practice twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays
and games will be played on Thursdays.
